Omron agrees $675m deal for US industrial-PC maker OnLogic and its parent
Japan's Omron has agreed to acquire Interlogic and its industrial-PC subsidiary OnLogic for an enterprise value of $675 million, seeking to combine rugged computers with its automation technology.
